Shaikh Capital Partners traces its history back over two decades of developing, owning and operating real estate assets. Shaikh Capital Partners was founded by operating partners with over a decade of real estate related experience. The current partners have over 50 years of collective real estate experience. Prior to founding Shaikh Capital Partners, its founders and related members have raised and invested over $70 million in equity on behalf of themselves and their investors in real estate transactions. Shaikh Capital Partners is usually the lead sponsor in its transactions; however, in select situations it acts as a co-lead. Its principals frequently take active roles in its investments. The principals of Shaikh Capital Partners and its affiliates have participated in over $500 million of real estate private equity investments. Through its committed capital, Shaikh Capital Partners has completed numerous investments. Since inception, Shaikh Capital Partners has also completed dispositions of investments with attractive returns. Shaikh Capital Partners invests in real assets that offer value-add opportunities in its knowledge-based target markets.
